The 2008 Environmental Service Providers Guidebook is available in both HTML and PDF formats. The guide is intended to assist local businesses in locating service providers to meet all their waste reduction and recycling needs.

March 2008 — WasteCap Nebraska has published two free fact sheets:

October 2007 — A pilot project coordinated by WasteCap Nebraska and UNL's Partners in Pollution Prevention (P3) has recycled 9,240 pounds of a Lincoln store's non-meat food scraps into livestock feed.[ read more ]
December 2005 — "Estimating Demand for Business Recycling Services in Two Nebraska Cities" uses a survey of businesses to evaluate business attitudes towards recycling, current recycling efforts, and the level of need and interest for recycling training and services in Grand Island and Columbus.
